Hurry Early Bird Entries Close tonight 11:59 pm. We are excited to announce that Suunto Sports Watches are back on board as the Cairns Port Douglas Trail Ultra Sports Watch Partner for 2023. Suunto have been generous for two years in a row and offering a fantastic selection of their trusted high-quality performance watches as prizes for each of the CPTU events plus the Suunto Summit which starts at CP3 Kamerunga follows Smiths track to it’s “summit.” The Suunto Summit is included in the CPTU20, CPTU80 and CPTU120 events, if you run the CPTU40 and when you finish you still have some energy, you are welcome to race the Suunto Summit after you finish your event.

An event like the Cairns Port Douglas Trail Ultra will need 200+ Volunteers to ensure the race runs smoothly and is as safe as it can be. CPTU volunteers who join our team are called Legends! We’ve made up special Headskinz so our Legends can be easily identifiable throughout the race weekend.
