We are excited to announce that Suunto Sports Watches are back on board as the Cairns Port Douglas Trail Ultra Sports Watch Partner for 2023. Suunto have been generous for two years in a row and offering a fantastic selection of their trusted high-quality performance watches as prizes for each of the CPTU events plus the Suunto Summit which starts at CP3 Kamerunga follows Smiths track to it’s “summit.” The Suunto Summit is included in the CPTU20, CPTU80 and CPTU120 events, if you run the CPTU40 and when you finish you still have some energy, you are welcome to race the Suunto Summit after you finish your event.

The CPTU Team is growing and the super fun-loving Ursula Adams, BTU110 2nd, Ultra Trail Kozi 6th placed female has joined the team and will be in the Cairns area this weekend and, connecting with Tropical North Queensland Community and meeting with the Indigenous Marathon Foundation Race Ambassadors. Ursula is a brand ambassador for Hammer Nutrition Australia, Ciele Hats Ursula will be at the Smurf and Smurfette 5 am group training run.
